Our Incubation Process
What do we mean by incubation?
Incubation is where we move from a validated problem to a viable solution concept. We refine the approach, validate it with real users and stakeholders, and then build a minimum viable product (MVP) to test both impact and commercial potential.Incubation is where we move from a validated problem to a viable solution concept. We refine the approach, validate it with real users and stakeholders, and then build a minimum viable product (MVP) to test both impact and commercial potential.
How do we work?
We approach incubation in stages:
-
Refine
Translate the validated problem into a clear solution hypothesis and design approach.
-
Validate
Engage real users, customers, and stakeholders to test assumptions and refine the solution.
-
Build
Develop an MVP and test it in-market, focusing on proving the use case, impact, and distribution model.
Incubation can be led directly by our team or driven by an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR), with us providing strategic, technical, and operational support as needed.
Why does it matter?
Incubation bridges the gap between insight and impact. By refining, validating, and testing solutions before scaling, we minimize wasted effort, ensure alignment with real needs, and set ventures up for sustainable growth.
What is the outcome?
Incubation concludes with a refined solution, validated by users, and a minimum viable product (MVP) that demonstrates early evidence of impact and market fit, resulting in a clear decision to move to scale, continue iterating, or discontinue if the thesis does not hold.
