Operations Analyst
- Part time (15-25 hours) with option to transition to full time
- New York Office or Remote
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Operations Analyst to serve as the operational backbone for an innovative impact fund (spanning a new nonprofit and an investment fund).
This is a hands-on, high-exposure role ideal for a graduate student or early-career professional. You will gain direct exposure to the mechanics of investment, venture building, impact fund operations, and executive coordination, building a robust “back-office brain” that powers meaningful work at the intersection of tech, finance, and social impact.
This role uniquely combines doing the work in our core operational pillars with building the systems around it, including the tech stack that will make it effective and efficient. It requires both the patience and detail orientation necessary for tactical execution (bookkeeping, compliance registrations, vendor management) and the strategic, problem-solving ability to automate, delegate, and build a scalable, tech-enabled engine.
We value willingness to learn and the ability to roll up your sleeves over prior experience. If you are eager to help run a tight, smart, and efficient back office, we want to hear from you.
This is a part-time, flexible role with potential for full-time expansion and significant career growth.
